    They objectively had the best terms, but don't mind a little extra documentation work. Harmonial team told me there were a few extra documentation needs with Dominion but that they would close and had the best terms for my deal, that was basically spot on. Worth it for 30 years locked with the lowest rate and very little closing cost.
